Ultra Tec ASAP-1® IPS is a digital sample preparation system for the decapsulation, thinning and polishÂing of die, package, module and wafer-level devices.
Equipped with a transmissive sealed tube X-ray generator,
it is possible to take magnified images up to a geometric magnification of about 100 times. It is possible to add an automatic inspection function and a CT function as options.
