Quorum PP3006 CoolLok Cryo Transfer for SEM and FIB/SEM
The PP3006 CoolLok offers rapid cryo transfer and cryo temperature observation of specimens for SEM, FIB/SEM, beamline or other vacuum systems.
By combining a high-power sealed X-ray generator and an image intensifier (II), it is possible to easily inspect power devices that could not be transmitted by conventional equipment . You can choose 100kV, 130kV, 150kV in total.
