ULVAC-PHI Quantes X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy XPS
This state-of-the-art XPS instrument has a capability to analyze the very small area where the user is interested in and a large area of the uniform sample surface.
Compact models (51900-19 and 51900-20) come with a non-slip mat; large models (51900-21 and 51900-22) include a cradle system for flasks and bottles.
These orbital shaker provides a smooth, uniform circular motion with a 16-mm orbit. Speed and time may be varied from 30 to 300 rpm, and 1 to 999 minutes — easily set and read on the digital display. The shaking action is ideal for samples of 0.5 to 5 mL in multiwell plates, dishes, and petri dishes. Use in incubators, and environmental or cold chambers up to 104°F (40°C) and 80% humidity.
