The HORIBA Partica mini LA-350 offers accurate and reliable particle size analysis in a compact, easy-to-use system ideal for laboratory and quality control applications. Using advanced laser diffraction technology, it measures particles from submicron sizes up to several hundred micrometers with excellent repeatability.
Based on the principle that particle size determines the angle of scattered light—larger particles scatter at smaller angles while smaller ones scatter at wider angles—the LA-350 analyzes the intensity and pattern of scattered light to deliver precise particle size distribution results.
