The Hitachi High-Tech X-Supreme8000 is a high-performance energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence (EDXRF) analyzer designed for rapid elemental analysis, quality assurance, and process control. It is particularly suited to laboratories and production facilities that need to analyze large numbers of samples quickly and consistently.

The analyzer features a 10-position sample changer, allowing multiple samples to be loaded for automatic sequential analysis. This makes the X-Supreme8000 well suited for high-volume testing where unattended or continuous analysis can improve laboratory and production efficiency.

With an elemental range from Na to U, high-resolution detector, helium purge capability for improved light-element analysis, sample spinning for improved repeatability, and flexible calibration software, the X-Supreme8000 can be configured for a wide range of industrial applications.
